The road to hell – well, Pekel

How I looove converting myself into a tourist! :D On Sunday I went to the Pekel, a hill near Ljubljana – accurately in a town called Borovnica (in English that means blueberry). :) I took my old friend from highschool with me and we had a blast!

We started, well, from the beginning. :) The sun was our companion almost all the time.

The road to hell is actually wonderful, it leads you to not only 1, not 2, but 5 charming waterfalls. :) And it is not so hot as they say. :P

When I saw a sign for the “devil’s teeth” hill only 10 minutes from our path, of course I had to check it out. :D It surprised us with quite a steep way up, so we had to check our climbing skills. They are poor but we managed. And it was worth it. Look at this view!

Did I mention that it was a yoga day? :D I am not into it at all but, goofy as I am, I couldn’t resist a picture with a tipical yoga pose. :P

When we hit the last waterfall, I found a big green leaf. And made hundreds of selfies with it. :P This is just one of all. :D

The last station was Močilnik – a spring of Ljubljana’s river Ljubljanica. It is not as romantic as it may seem. :P A swamp green color of the water. But as a citizen of Ljubljana I can officially all it checked. Hooray!
